It ought to be a law!
We're looking for four ideas for laws or initiatives that we will post for a vote at Autumn in Moorestown on October 10! They can be fun, or serious, and they can target your town, county, or across the country. Enter by 5pm on October 9th. We'll announce the winner on October 10th once the votes are counted.
Last year at Evesham Harvest Fest we had folks vote on four initiatives:
Make sure people experiencing homelessness had all of the documents they needed
Eliminate lawn chemicals to save the environment
Free ice cream on Saturdays in summer
Ensure systems and regulations in government are modernized
And believe it or not, free ice cream on Saturdays didn't win!
You might not realize how often laws are created because someone just like you thought it was important. While our contest is just for fun, we're excited to see what you come up with!
