This Election folks don’t just want to vote, they want to help other people vote.

We love that!

And we want to help voters and the helpers with a few resources that can be pulled up in an instant.

Polls are open 6am until 8pm.

If you are in line by 8pm. Stick around. They have to let you vote.

What if something you don’t understand happens at the polls?

It might be no big deal. Or not.

Here are some tips and contact information for issues at the polls:

Each party will have Challengers and Poll Watchers at polling locations. Talk to them.

Rumors about voting machines are concerning a lot of people. Great news!
If you make a mistake on your ballot you can ask for a new one. Proof read it.

VBM ballots cannot be delivered to a polling place.
The only ways to cast your VBM ballot on election day are by Drop Box or dropping it off at the County Election Office.

If someone is registered to vote by mail and decides to go to the polls they will have to vote by Provisional Ballot. It’s ok! It’s a procedure put in place to prevent duplicate voting.

If anyone is told they can’t vote in the booth for any reason they should be offered a provisional ballot. If they aren’t they should ask.
