Trent-Towne Market’s Tyrell Smith and members of the Choice Neighborhood in Trenton are hosting a Fireside Chat with elected officials and candidates, moderated by Nisha Thompson of the national nonprofit, Participatory Budgeting Project, to introduce their own PB Project.
In a neighborhood that often feels overlooked by government, this project seeks to change that, giving residents the power decide how this privately funded project unfolds, while encouraging civic participation that can feel out of reach.
